FERMENTO started late 1991 when Robert decided it was time to pulverize all that old boring concepts and create underground extreme music in his country. Then Robert searched for people to make a group. He found a drummer and a bassplayer later joined a second guitarrist but the first line-up was a three piece band me stanted playing many gigs. One of them people from a small label was interested to oferr us release an 7 ep inch.
Then born "Only de Flesh" in 1992.This is an original dark and raw stuff, this 7 ep inch had two editions (2000 copies)and was sold out, now it´s a raritie. About one year later we decided to release two songs like a promo tape called "Into the Organs". There were some important changes in the line up with new drummer and bass player, that two songs were clearly orientated in a Brutal Death U.S.A. way. In 1994 we recorded "Fervour of the Impure" demo. This demo is really an original dark, dense and brutal death stuff that never before was been done in this part of the world there were keyboards, a really deep& gutural voice and a hyperdense guitars to make this recording more heavy than Hymalayas mountains, this demo was released by wild rags and that bastard Richard rip-off us. We didn´t see any demo and any buck we sold many record it from bat and with the original covers that we made. One year later we recorded our most, thermonuclear, sick and disturbing stuff at that moment called "The shining" promo. Goremanía listened that promo and offer us a full cd that was recorded in 1997 with another changes in the line-up, new drummer and bass player. "Symbols fo Decrepitude, Symbols of Supremacy" is our debut CD and received the best critics. This cd is really one of the few extreme ultrafast smashing brutal death you can find, everything in this cd generate violence. After doing the Spanish tour of "Symbols" and when we just gonna start the Portuguese tour there were another changes in the line-up. Then, Fermento changed the residence and Robert, like ever was driving the weight of Fermento. It took Robert about more than a year to find the appropiate line up, Fermento is again a three piece band like in the early begining Fermento is ready for the new goal Ablated Records signed Fermento for the second full CD!!! You can trust in this Brutal Death elite and of course Fermento will do a more brutal, sick and increible violence levels than anyone can do in every new one recording.
But Ablated was missing and then an underground label VOLIAC offered us a good contact. We trust 0in the honesty of that small label and then going on with it. Time ago a new killer bass entry Fermento, Julio is not only the Fermento bass player he is a friend, closed, extreme and loyal like the Fermento attitude is!.
